Brain Architecture Project-- Textpresso
Textpresso
is an information extracting and processing package for biological
literature in neuroscience. This version of textpresso was customized
to perform queries in parallel over a number (8) of machines.

Chronux
is an open-source software package being developed for the analysis of
neural data. It is a collaborative research effort based at the Mitra
Lab in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory that has grown out of the work of
several groups. Chronux routines may be employed in the analysis of both
point process and continuous data, ranging from preprocessing,
exploratory and confirmatory analysis.

International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility
The
INCF is a professional organization devoted to advancing the field of
neuroinformatics. One of its aims is to develop an international
neuroinformatics infrastructure, which promotes the sharing of data and
computing resources to the international research community.

This
site is being redesigned from the ground up to serve two purposes: 1.
List the best neuroscience resources on the Web in one location. 2.
Present original neuroscience content not available elsewhere.

An
incredible collection of clinical data with magnetic resonance (MR),
X-ray computed tomography (CT), and nuclear medicine images of the
brain. A site that includes 'Tours' of pathological conditions as well
as MPEG movies. The on-line atlas has sections on normal brain,
cerebrovascular disease, neoplastic disease, degenerative disease, and
inflammatory/infectious disease.
